Here's some updates from Dental on Metro.   Again we hope this newsletter finds you all well in 2015.

1.  A big welcome to Dr Chelsea Mann. 

Chelsea started with us on February 9.  Chelsea replaces Dr Sahani Guthanilake, and will be assisting us with our busy evening sessions.  Chelsea also has day time appointment space available.  You can find out more about Chelsea and our other staff here.

2.  Congratulations Alison!

We congratulate our Dental Assistant Alison on her Marriage this weekend and wish her and her husband well on there honeymoon and their future together.

3.  One day crowns!

Dental on Metro has now fully incorporated one day on site crowns.  A range of materials is available including highly cosmetic, high strength, ceramic only EMAX.  Your teeth are scanned with a 3D laser and veneers, crowns or partial ceramic restorations are milled and fired within the hour.  Through CAD-CAM construction these restorations are accurate down to a hairs width.  See this link to learn more about one-day crowns.

4.  Planning and Restoration of implants

Dental on Metro has fully incorporated virtual implant planning.  Cone beam scan referrals are available.  These 3D scans are uploaded on-site allowing us to assess your suitability for implant treatment.   Leading brand implants can be planned from the tooth down using our sophisticated software.  Following implant placement, restoration of the implants is conducted on site. 5.  Same extended hours, same availability.

Dental on Metro envisages continuing our popular evening sessions throughout 2015.  Dr Bertossa will take leave for 2 weeks from April 17 and will resume his normal hours on May 3.  Dr Chelsea Mann will be available for emergency and routine treatment during this period. 

6.  Overdue for your check and clean?

If you think you may have missed a 6 monthly check and clean with us, please contact us for a same-day call back.

7.  Feedback?

Dental on Metro strives to meet our clients expectations.  Your feedback is invaluable to us and we encourage our clients to let us know anyway that we can improve or add any services that you feel would be of any value.  Please provide your feedback here.

Finally, many thanks to the continued support and referrals from our many existing clients.  100 new clients are joining our practice every month.  We are continuing our gap-free first check and clean offer in 2015 for all new clients, and for all kids 16 years and under.   New clients can send us there details with our confidential online patient details form.  We will then contact them.  We are still BUPA providers, however accept all Dental extra's cover.  We will look forward to continuing to provide value and service and to keeping you all smiling in 2015!
