Greetings all, I hope our final eNewsletter for 2013 finds everyone well.

Hopefully a bit of down time is on everyone’s agenda as the end of the year closes in on us fast. 

It has been quite a busy year for us at Dental on Metro.  Well over 1000 new clients have joined our practice in 2013.  At Dental on Metro we take this opportunity to thank all of our existing clients for their referrals and personal support throughout the year.  We regard you ,our client base as the ‘boss’ in our practice and we will continue to strive to change and adapt to your needs while keeping abreast of the most modern trends in family and cosmetic dentistry.   We welcome your continuing feedback.

We wish everybody a safe and relaxing Christmas season and look forward to continuing your care in 2014. 

As for things that are here and things that are on the way, if you didn’t know ….

INSURANCE YEAR ENDS 31 DECEMBER

Many health insurance rebate limits renew on 1 January 2014.  There is still enough time for folks who wish to use this calendar years rebates for work such as crowns, bridges or dentures.

CHRISTMAS HOURS/EMERGENCIES

Dental on Metro is having minimal down-time at the end of the year.  Just remember that our practice phone is always diverted after hours to a mobile phone.  Leave a message if you have a dental emergency!  Your call will get returned.

EXTENDED HOURS

Dental on Metro is now offering appointments on Monday through to Friday, with appointments until 7:00 PM on Monday through to Thursday.  Saturdays may also soon be on the cards.

ADDITIONAL ROOMS IN 2014

As a part of our expansion stage 2 building works, new 2014 high quality American (ADEC) and German (KAVO) dental equipment will soon be fitted into our second state of the art operatory.  This will double our capacity, allowing additional convenience for clients requiring after hours service.

For those of you we don’t see until next year, we wish you and your family all the best  in the Christmas season and into 2014.
